User Data Deletion

If you want CoLab Studio to delete personal data associated with your Facebook or Messenger interactions, you may request deletion using the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email colabot@colab-studio.shop with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your Facebook profile name and the approximate date of your interaction with CoLab Studio.
3. If your request is related to a workshop reservation, include the reservation date and name used for the booking so we can identify the record.

What we delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal data that CoLab Studio controls, unless we are required to keep certain records for operational, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or safety reasons.

Timing

We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days.
