CoLab Studio, operated by R-Delta Enterprises, Inc., uses Facebook and Messenger integrations to help respond to customer inquiries, workshop reservations, and related support requests.
Information we may receive
When you interact with CoLab Studio through Facebook, Messenger, or connected Meta services, we may receive information you choose to send to us, such as your name, message content, attachments, reservation details, and contact information provided in the conversation.
How we use information
We use this information to reply to inquiries, manage workshop reservations and product orders, provide customer support, verify payment details when applicable, prevent checkout abuse, and improve our services.
Online product payments
When you place a product order, we collect the name, email address, mobile number, cart contents, order notes, fulfillment status, and PayMongo transaction references needed to process and support the order. Payment credentials are entered on PayMongo’s secure checkout and are handled by PayMongo; CoLab Studio does not store your full card number, card security code, or wallet credentials.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with authorized CoLab Studio/R-Delta staff or service providers, including PayMongo, needed to operate our ordering, payment, booking, communication, hosting, and customer support systems.
Data retention
We keep customer communication, reservation, and order records only as long as reasonably needed for operations, support, accounting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
