These Terms of Service apply to your use of CoLab Studio’s website, online product checkout, workshop reservation forms, Facebook/Messenger integrations, and related customer support channels. CoLab Studio is operated by R-Delta Enterprises, Inc.
Use of our services
You agree to use our website, forms, and messaging channels only for lawful purposes, including asking about CoLab Studio services, making workshop reservations, requesting support, and communicating with our team.
Workshop reservations
Workshop slots, schedules, inclusions, fees, and availability may change. A submitted reservation or reservation slip means your request has been received, but reservation details and proof of payment remain subject to review and confirmation by CoLab Studio.
Payments and proof of payment
If payment is required for a reservation, you are responsible for submitting accurate payment details and proof of payment. CoLab Studio may verify, approve, reject, or request correction of submitted payment information.
Product orders and PayMongo checkout
Product prices and availability may change before checkout. Online product orders are paid through PayMongo using the payment methods offered on its secure checkout page. CoLab Studio does not receive or store your full card or wallet credentials.
Unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing, online product orders are for pickup at CoLab Studio in Mandaluyong. Payment confirmation means the order has been received; CoLab Studio will separately confirm stock allocation and pickup readiness. Do not travel to the studio for pickup until you receive that confirmation.
If CoLab Studio cannot fulfill a paid order, our team will contact you about an appropriate replacement, revised fulfillment arrangement, or refund. Any cancellation, return, warranty, or refund request will be reviewed based on the product condition, supplier/manufacturer terms, the confirmed order details, and applicable Philippine law.
Messages and customer support
When you contact us through Facebook, Messenger, email, or our website, we may use your message and related details to respond to your inquiry, manage reservations, and provide support. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
CoLab Studio branding, website content, images, designs, and materials are owned by or licensed to CoLab Studio/R-Delta Enterprises, Inc. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without permission except as allowed by law.
No misuse
You may not attempt to disrupt our website, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, abuse our messaging channels, or use our services in a way that harms CoLab Studio, its staff, customers, or systems.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
